The "roof dividend strategy" product consistently pursues the idea of generating sustained profit growth from high-dividend listed companies within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The aim is to invest across industries and to search for low-cost stocks that offer positive indicators for the future from a micro- and macroeconomic point of view. With the help of a mix of fundamental and technical analysis, the best possible time for potential investments is determined. The portfolio has an equity quota of at least 50% to a maximum of 90%. In between, other asset classes such as bonds, funds and ETFs can be used for long-term stabilization. Within the Fund, the reservation of a deviation of the main regions applies when macroeconomic and political changes so require. Investment products and companies that do not make a clear statement on Sustainable Finance are not included in the asset base. There is no capital guarantee and no guarantee of profit growth. Any changes to the dividend policy are the responsibility of the respective companies. The distributed profits are retained in the assets for reinvestment (accumulating).
