I am a computer engineer by training, a civil servant, and an investor since 2008. I am passionate about economics and financial literacy—a concept I believe is not sufficiently embedded in our society. I began my journey into the financial world almost as a game. Trading platforms, leverage, day trading, CFDs—these are concepts we all hear about when first entering this arena. Gradually, as I read and educated myself, I evolved and matured as an investor, shifting my perspective toward the long term. Terms like "value investing," "income statements," "valuation," and "multiples" became increasingly familiar. Eventually, I reached 2023, a year when my life changed; thanks to life circumstances, I was able to allocate more capital to what I truly enjoy.
