Potential Value Investing This portfolio follows a "concentrated-potential-value-investing-approach". As all investing is value investing, this means that this portfolio is concentrated around a few companies where the expected future value can be significantly higher than the current price. The implication is that the buying price might not be cheap compared to price/book, price/earnings metrics. Usually, the companies selected already have assets that I value higher than the market currently does (tangible or intangible assets), usually, this is reflected in some kind of moat. Due to this approach, the volatility of the portfolio is expected to be high. This portfolio does not hedge for unlikely events, e.g., destruction of digital infrastructure, a war between large economic powers, large changes in long-term non-risk interest rates (e.g. US treasury bonds). *Fee: I'd prefer to only charge a performance fee with a hurdle rate of 12% and a compounding all-time high-water mark. This is not supported by the platform, I tried to adjust the performance fee accordingly.
