Der Fonds Global Invest verfolgt ein langfristiges, stetiges Kapitalwachstum und konzentriert sich überwiegend auf nach dem Value-Ansatz ausgewählte Aktien aktuell unterbewerteter Unternehmen weltweit. Der Fokus liegt auf Titel im europäischen und nordamerikanischen Raum. Dabei werden grundsätzlich wertorientierte, substanz- und ertragsstarke Unternehmen (Blue Chips) berücksichtigt. Emerging- und Frontier Markets werden aufgrund der US-Zinserhöhung vom 16.12.2015 der Federal Reserve (Fed) untergewichtet. Das Fondsmanagement behält sich vor, vereinzelt auch in attraktiv bewertete Rohstoffe mit aussichtsreichen Wachstumschancen zu investieren. Entscheidungen werden auf Grundlage von sowohl fundamentalen als auch technischen Analysen einzelner Investments getroffen. Der angestrebte optimale Kassenbestand liegt bei 10% des Gesamtvermögens, um eine dauerhafte Liquidität zu gewährleisten. Je Position im Portfolio werden maximal 8% des Fondsvermögens zur Risikobegrenzung eingesetzt. Einzelne Investitionsentscheidungen werden nach umfangreicher Analyse durch die beiden Fondsmanager im Konsens getroffen und separat über die Kommentarfunktion kommuniziert und begründet. Die Frequenz der Trades kann je nach Marktsituation variieren. Die Investoren des Fonds werden über die aktuelle Situation mit einer Zukunftsprognose der weiteren Entwicklung in einem monatlichen Statement informiert. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The investment objective of the Global Invest Fund is steady long term capital growth. The focus is mainly on stocks from currently undervalued companies around the world selected on the basis of the value approach. The emphasis, however, lies on companies in the European and North American area. Nevertheless, stocks from value-based, intrinsically strong and profitable companies (Blue Chips) are considered as well. Emerging and Frontier markets are underweight due to the increase of the US interest rate by the Federal Reserve (Fed) on December, 16th 2015. The funds management reserves the right to also invest in single attractively valued commodities with promising growth opportunities. Decisions for individual investments are primarily made on the basis of a fundamental and technical analysis. The ideal target cash position of the fund is around 10% of the entire equity in order to ensure a sustainable liquidity. Every position is supposed to be worth 8% at a maximum of the fund assets to limit the risk of loss. The investment decisions are mutually made after a comprehensive analysis by both fund managers and separately communicated with the comment function to justify their decision-making. The frequency of the trades may vary depending on the market situation. The investors of the fund are provided with information about the current situation including a prognosis of the further development in a monthly statement.
