What is the wikifolio trader profile and what information should it contain?
The profile of a wikifolio trader provides a concise overview of the identity of the trader and their track record on wikifolio.com, i.e. all wikifolios the trader is managing or that the trader managed in the past and closed again.
All profiles on wikifolio.com display the self-chosen display name. As soon as the trader has legitimized themselves, the real name of the wikifolio trader is displayed under the display name as well.
What information the trader provides in describing themselves is up to the trader. It is also permitted to link to personal blogs or social media profiles. Providing direct contact details (email address, telephone number) is not permitted, however.
It is recommended to include a short personal introduction or CV along with a description of one’s previous experience in securities trading or the financial sector in the trader profile. The personal trading style, preferred asset classes or indices can be useful additions.
