wikifolio.com users can find the “Change password” option in their account under “Settings”. After entering the current password, a new one can be entered. In the event that the current password has gotten lost, a new password can be requested in the login section on wikifolio.com under the option “Forgot password” by entering the email address and the corresponding display name. A new password will be sent to the specified email address. If you don’t receive the email with the new password within 30 minutes, please contact us via e-mail to email@example.com.
Should the email message for activating the wikifolio.com account not arrive, please check the spam folder of your email program. If the activation email cannot be found there either, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address with which you registered on wikifolio.com. The activation is handled by an employee of wikifolio.com in this case.
If you want to terminate your account at wikifolio.com, please send an email to email@example.com, ideally using the email address with which you registered on wikifolio.com. A wikifolio.com employee will take care of the deactivation of your account.
Should a trader publish comments that violate decency and morality in his wikifolio, please use the function “Report suspicious content” below the wikifolio or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A wikifolio.com employee will get in touch with the concerned trader.
