Trading Idea

Die Handelsidee dieser Strategie ist relativ einfach alles was während der Immobilienblase (Finanzkrise 07-08) beteiligt war, in das wird investiert. Die Zugrunde liegende Annahme ist das die Zentralbanken im Umgang mit dieser Thematik schon "Erfahren" sind und deshalb das ganze nicht ein weiteres mal Auftreten kann. Investiert wird in Immobilen REITS (einzel Aktien) Mortage Reits (einzel Aktien) und Private Equity Firmen (einzel Aktien). Den Namen habe ich übrigens nicht umsonst gewählt.
