The focus of this portfolio will be on technology companies and best in class businesses, mainly in the USA and Asia. Additionally, there will be investments in deep value equities when the opportunities present themselves. Investment decisions will not be restricted by category or sector, rather investments will be considered based on intrinsic valuation and risk variables present in current market conditions. Only equities and REITs will be held, with holding period determined by current market valuation in contrast to intrinsic value.
