Beim Aufbau dieses Portfolios folge ich dem klassischen „Buy and Hold“-Ansatz, der nicht auf das Erzielen von kurzfristigen Kursgewinnen ausgerichtet ist. Stattdessen sollen die erworbenen Anteile verschiedener Unternehmen im Idealfall für ein zusätzliches Einkommen bis zum Lebensende sorgen. Dabei setze ich auf Unternehmen mit regelmäßigen Dividendenausschüttungen (wenigstens konstant über 10 Jahre) und einem Top-Ranking laut MSCI SRI Kriterien.
