Süd-Chin Meer, Nahe Osten, Nord Corea, Süd America, Putin in Ukraine und an der Schwelle zu allen ex Sowiejetstaaten, Africa, Indien und Pakistan, Suni und Schiiten. Durch die Nachrückenden Staaten mit Milliarden von Menschen (China, Indien) wird der Druck auf weitere Rüstungsausgaben grösser. China baut eine neue Flotte und will die gegenwärtige Hegemonie auf den Weltmeeren ablösen. Die Regierungen werden mehr Capital in Rüstung stecken.
