Balanced investment between Dividend and Growth Summary: Focus of the described investment strategy is a wide asset diversification over regions, sectors, selection methods and products. - The first target is to reach yearly an average return of 8% before tax, corresponding in Germany to approx. 5% after tax. - The second yield target is to over-exceed the MSCI World index. 1. Asset Diversification: Asset Class As a private investor, I’m looking for a golden mean between rentability, low volatility and risk mitigation. The broad and diversified investments should help me to avoid significant capital losses and support a continuous capital growth by covering all sectors, regions and industry types. The main classification of this portfolio is a split between: - broad baskets of stocks (e.g. indices, ETF, holdings) - stocks selected by my own I target to have approx. - 30%-50% of the invested capital in broad baskets and - 50%-70% in direct invested company stocks 2. Asset Diversification: Growth or Dividend The second classification criteria is to secure a minimal performance with dividends and to kick up the yield with some growth values 3. Asset Diversification: Regions The third diversification is over regions. Germany, France, Switzerland, China, USA 4. Asset Diversification: Sectors The Fourth diversification is over sectors: Insurance, Automotive, Services Finance, IT and new technologies, Real estate, Food, Retail To read more about my investment strategy: please consult my blog https://seekingalpha.com/user/48764875/instablogs
