Juneberry Capital

Juneberry Capital is a long only investment fund dedicated to finding and holding for the long term only the highest quality businesses located globally. We seek to hold a concentrated portfolio of ten or less securities that demonstrate high operating margins and returns on invested capital; or the clear potential to have those attributes, after a period of growth investment is complete. We also seek seek to hold securities that have high inside or family ownership and demonstrate management behaviour that focuses on the long term and shareholder focus with all capital allocation decisions. We seek to purchase these securities at a discount to their estimated intrinsic value. We strive then to be patient and not incur trading expenses and turnover. We hold the securities for the long term and are not market timers. We do not use leverage, derivatives, hedge for currency or short securities. We benchmark ourselves against the FTSE Global All Cap Index, which covers both well-established and still-developing markets.
