Romain Bertrand

I am a long-term fundamental investor with a strong focus on capital preservation and disciplined decision-making. I have been investing in listed companies for several years, with a particular interest in financial statement analysis, business quality and valuation. My objective is not to predict short-term market movements, but to identify situations where market prices diverge from long-term business fundamentals. I primarily focus on French-listed companies, where I believe my knowledge and analytical edge are strongest, while remaining open to international opportunities that meet the same demanding standards. Every investment decision is based on independent research and a documented investment thesis. I dedicate significant time to reviewing annual reports, quarterly results and company fundamentals before making any investment decision. Transparency is an essential part of my approach. I aim to explain every portfolio decision through regular transaction comments and updates, allowing investors to understand not only what I do, but also why I do it. My ambition is to build a long-term, publicly verifiable track record based on consistency, discipline and prudent risk management. Content Note: All investment theses and financial analyses are fully my own work and meticulously double-checked. I only leverage AI as a writing assistant to ensure my posts are clear, concise, and easy to read. mehr anzeigen
