I have been actively involved in financial markets for more than 25 years. My professional career started as a naval officer serving aboard Belgian Navy vessels. During those years, I developed a strong interest in financial markets and began actively investing in equities. I subsequently spent 20 years working for an online broker focused on active investors and traders. This gave me extensive exposure to financial markets, trading strategies, investment products and investor behaviour. I later worked for five years as an investment specialist at a major European bank. My investment approach combines this long-standing market experience with systematic and data-driven stock selection. Under the trader name **MomentumEdge**, I focus on disciplined strategies in which stocks are selected according to clearly defined criteria rather than short-term market predictions. My wikifolios cover different investment universes, including German equities, the Nasdaq 100, the S&P 500, diversified sector-based selections and the aerospace & defence sector. The portfolios are reviewed and rebalanced on a quarterly basis.
