According to the so-called "Home Bias" investors have superior access to information about local firms or economic conditions. Furthermore, by solely investing in swiss stocks we can eliminate the foreign exchange risk. Since the investment horizon is short-term oriented, short positions are allowed (with warrants and options). Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 and the high VSMI, our strategic allocation enables cash positions of 100%.
