Private Equity Mixer

This fund is comprised of mid-cap to small-cap Listed Private Equity companies [1]. This makes the selection of companies passive and without bias [2]. In detail the market cap should lie in between 100 million Euro and 10 billion Euro per company [3]. The companies are then weighted by their market capitalization while being free-float adjusted. The composition is re-balanced at least yearly [4]. The goal is to capture the competitive returns of the sector. [1] Some of these companies may also be labeled as Venture Capital or Business Development Company but are practically engaging in the Private Equity sector. Companies that are mostly involved in Real Estate are NOT considered. [2] Investors should mind that no action is taken to protect the capital in individual companies and the volatility is expected to be above average. [3] These bounds can naturally be exceeded by the change in valuation but the boundary should be recognizable by a 20% gap between the medium- and large-caps, respectively a 200% gap between the small- and micro-caps. [4] Dividends may at any time be re-invested but only in companies with naturally occurring mathematical under-allocation.
