My trading strategy primarily focuses on US stock market and will be implemented using equities and derivatives. I plan to invest in stocks primarily in the technology sector although I will also be considering companies in automotive and defense sectors. I plan to hold stocks for an average period of 12 months. Companies targeted by hedge fund activists will be given special emphasis. I plan to use news sources, primarily the Wall Street Journal, and will also be employing a combination of technical and fundamental analysis. Twitter and other social media will also be researched to identify any trend.
