I have been trading stocks, indices and cryptocurrencies for several years and also develop algorithmic trading systems in Python – rule-based, with clearly defined risk parameters. This systematic approach shapes this wikifolio as well: fixed target weights, a defined cash reserve, and clear rules for adding to positions and taking profits.
I came to trading through technology: wanting to understand how markets react to news, interest rates and geopolitics – and turning that into rules rather than gut decisions.
My view of the market: defense spending and AI infrastructure are the two structural trends of this decade. The wars in Ukraine and the Middle East have exposed shortages in ammunition, drones and missiles that will take years to work through. In parallel, AI is driving demand for semiconductors and data centers. Companies at the intersection of tech and defense sit at the center of both budget streams.
I follow the markets daily, review positions weekly, and only rebalance when the investment thesis changes.
