Die Aktien werden zum Zeitpunkt des Erstkaufs anhand eines Kurs-Gewinn-Verhältnisses (KGV) von bis zu 15, eines Kurs-Buchwert-Verhältnisses (KBV) von bis zu 5, einer Dividendenrendite von 2 % oder mehr und - nicht unbedingt, aber bevorzugt - positiven Signalen bezüglich Insidertransaktionen analysiert und bewertet. Ziel ist ein langfristiges Wachstum mit regelmäßigem Einkommen durch Dividendenzahlungen. ETF-Beimischungen sind möglich.
