Disruption is Key

The Businesses that are ignored, hated, neglected, belittled, undermined are often the ones turning out to be the most disruptive after all. It is like the train effect you see oncoming. It appears to be almost not moving at all, then very slowly moving towards you and just in the moment when it passes you, we realize a fast it was going and it will be hard to jump aboard or even catch it. The challenge is to asses how fast the train is approaching. Traditional asset valuation is not helping here, obviously because most of these companies do not make any profits or do not intend to make profits in the foreseeable future to keep the train moving as fast as possible.
