Serial Acquirers is intended to focus on identifying programmatic acquirers with what I believe to be strong potential for sustainable, long-term value creation, with the aim of benefiting from their potential compounding effect. Serial Acquirers is designed to look for companies with high reinvestment rates and low debt structures that could enable continued growth through disciplined acquisition strategies and financial resilience. The wikifolio is intended to invest in stocks (mainly EU and USA). The following decision-making process should be used: 1. Identify companies led by management teams with strong track records (Qualitative Analysis). 2. Assess the company's fundamentals, seeking high ROIC, strong organic revenue growth, solid free cash flow conversion, a disciplined net debt to EBITDA ratio, stable cash flows and significant insider ownership. 3. News trading can be used to react to current events and market dynamics. The investment horizon should be adjustable at short notice and provide the flexibility to adapt positions to market conditions.
