With this Portfolio you find the way to invest in a mix of Hard Assets: gold, silver and a choice of precious metals mining shares. In order to take advantage of the swings in the gold price I opted for a leveraged position in gold (2x). Mining shares are participated both through a general ETF and through individual companies. The rationale to choose the companies is again a leveraged participation in the swings of the underlying metals, especially silver. Companies will be changed regularly in a time horizon of 6 months to 1 year. This portfolio is based on two main investing ideas: 1) participation in the over-expansive and inflationary monetary policies worldwide, and 2) news based rotation in the companies involved.
