Technical ML Algotrading

The strategy combines technical analysis with machine learning to forecast future stock price movements and make informed trading decisions. The strategy employs technical indicators, specifically moving averages, RSI, MACD and WilliamR to identify trends. Future returns will be calculated as the target variable and the strategy employs XGBoost, a powerful gradient boosting framework, to learn from the historical data. The model is trained on 80% of the data, with the remainder used for testing, aiming to predict the sign of future returns. This strategy integrates technical analysis to capture market trends and machine learning to adaptively learn from complex patterns, aiming to outperform traditional trading methods by making more precise predictions about future stock price movements. The share of cash will not exceed 5% and the remaining 95% are fully invested into stocks according to the strategy.
