The HSG Gender Equality Fund exclusively invests into equities in North America and Western Europe which are leading the way in terms of gender equality in the workforce. It has been shown that companies which champion diversity tend to outperform the markets. The fund invests 50% based on absolute performance measures in gender equality and 50% based on momentum towards a more gender equal environment. Companies offering socially controversial products and services have been excluded and all companies chosen for the fund have reached a minimum threshold in terms of overall ESG score.
