The portfolio should invest its assets in transferable securities which seems to be undervalued. The approach should follow a mix of the value and growth investment and aims to use statistical indicators for short term market timing. The investment approach should adapt value investment principles and a mostly long term view. The portfolio shall be actively managed and usually has no special defined benchmarking index. The portfolio plans to usually invest in companies whose shares or equity related transferable securities are traded on a regulated market in northern Europe. The portfolio should have more liberal investment rules than those that apply to securities funds, which means that the portfolio should invest in a more concentrated selection of shares to be able to track the individual development of the portfolio’s holdings.
