This wikifolio is intended to invest in listed ordinary shares, preference shares, ETFs and ETPs, with the primary focus on a segment related to digital assets that exhibits a high risk-return profile. Concentration is the key priority – diversification for its own sake is not an objective. The approach is intended to be trend-following, actively managed and focused on long positions, with a long-term investment horizon. Entry and exit points are to be guided by technical analysis – using moving averages and cycle indicators such as the Pi Cycle Indicator. Volatility should not be viewed as a problem to be smoothed out, but rather as an intended source of opportunities. The aim is to position the portfolio in such a way as to capitalise on the amplitude of the segment’s cycles, whilst seeking to weather market noise that many market participants may not tolerate. Exposure should be actively adjusted in line with changing market conditions. The investment ratio can range from 0% to 100%, with cash being preferred to a position taken without conviction. Drawdowns should be managed through allocation rather than via stop-loss orders.
