Die Idee ist simple, unterbewertete Infrastruktur Unternehmen finden(geringer Buchwert, KGV) die stabil einen Ertrag erwirtschaften und möglichst konstant Dividende zahlen. Diese dann mit „gehipten“ Sektoren aus Rohstoff oder Infrastruktur mischen(15-30%). Eine Aktie sollte möglichst spätestens nach 2 Jahr im Depot, oder bei > 20% verkauft werden. Sollte nach 2 Jahren , die Aktie negativ tendieren, kann diese auch bis max. 1 weiteres Jahr im Depot bleiben
