Trading Idea

Continuously seeking undervalued stocks in USA and European markets. I use efficient tools to browse every public company in Europe and USA and if I´ll find a company that fits to my limits of a undervalued stock, I´ll take a closer look to that company to make my decision. This is a long term strategy and it is a combination of strategies like Graham, Buffett and Lynch has used. Here is the list of the valuation methods that I use: Net Current Assets Value (NCAV) - I like that when a company has more assets than it has debt. It depend on industry and this doesn´t work so well with technology industry. But I like cash and other assets that can be turned to cash because the company is more protected with well managed assets. Discount Cash Flow - I discount the future cashflows to find out the “fair value” of the stock in the present time. I try to find some margin of safety with this too. Projected Free Cash Flow - This is also a good meter but I am not so strict with this. Median P/S Value - This works in some companies and industries so depending on the company I use also this meter. Graham Number - The legendary valuing method is still an excellent tool to value stocks. This doesn´t work in every industry. Basically every company that cost less than its Graham Number is a good investment - almost every company. Peter Lynch Fair Value - Lynch is a growth investor and his fair value gives a rough estimate for growth stocks. Also the company has to have long history because it shows that how profitable the company has been in a long term so I can make some estimates about the future profits. After I have found undervalued share and made investment, the waiting begins. The maximum number of the stocks in this folio will be 10. When there is ten stocks in this folio I actively sell the stocks that has become overvalued and buy a new undervalued stocks instead with new potential to grow the value of this folio.
