Criteria: focus on consumables, > 15% EBIT-margin, located in the USA or Western Europe. Diagnostics and laboratory products is a strongly growing industry, in which the best companies are acquired. Entry valuations will be high (usually valued at 20 x EBIT or more). Portfolio development will be driven by organic growth, high profitability and M&A activities in the field.
