The ‘Emerging Europe’ wikifolio will invest in companies from Central and Eastern Europe and Georgia that, according to my analysis, meet the following fundamental criteria: 1. Attractive PEG ratio based on expected results of <0.8 2. Historical gross margin of >20% 3. Current net debt ratio (net debt in relation to equity) of <80% 4. Historical return on capital employed (ROCE) of >12% 5. Rising sales in the near future Dividends are not a prerequisite for investment. The investment horizon should be predominantly long-term. Suitable stocks for the Wikifolio can be large caps, mid caps and small caps.
