Political Effect on markets/ long-term/anti-cyclical/low-risk/ETFs: This portfolio observes the effects of political and monetary decisions on financial markets world-wide. This includes economies undergoing recession for reasons based on poor past governance but expected to grow in the mid-term future. For the most part Index-tracking, dividend- ETFs are used to minimize volatility. In certain cases, blue chips or big players-suffering from a temporary choc/scandals, may be included.Positions are held until the "political momentum" is considered to be priced into market. The portfolio follows and anti-cyclical logic. On average, positions are held on a mid-term basis (average 2 years).
