Trading Idea

This portfolio focuses only on market leaders, the biggest and most important AI companies. They are deeply built into the global economy. If AI keeps growing, they benefit the most, if the bubble bursts, they are most likely to survive than smaller speculative firms. Profits and strong Cash flow matter here, as it will act as a shock absorber when prices fall. The strategy accepts that AI prices may rise too fast and then fall drastically. Therefore this portfolio is designed to observe how strong firms behave during extreme optimism and fear. The risk is clear and very measurable as the portfolio is intentionally concentrated with only few stocks. At the same time each stock is weighted evenly so no single company can destroy the entire portfolio. When long-term price trends break or when firms weakens, positions will be reduced or exited. The portfolio will hold for an average of 6-8 years. Securities to invest in include: • NVIDIA • Microsoft • Alphabet (Google) • Amazon • Meta Platforms • ASML • TSMC
