Das Wikifolio investiert anhand der "Leverage Rotation Strategy", die von Michael Gayed in "Leverage for the Long Run" untersucht und veröffentlicht wurde. Dabei soll in bis zu 3fach gehebelte ETFs/ETPs auf diverse Indizes investiert werden. Unterschreitet der Index den SMA200, soll die Position komplett verkauft werden, kreuzt der Index diesen wieder nach oben, soll wieder voll investiert werden. Dafür sollen möglichst täglich entsprechende Limit-Order gesetzt werden. Diese Strategie kann zu ungewöhnlich hoher Volatilität führen und ist ausschließlich für eine langfristige Anlage geeignet.
