Am Ende eines jeden Jahres sollen die Werte aus S&P 500 und Prime All Share mit der schlechtesten Performance gekauft werden. Die Marktkapitalisierung sollte dabei 250 Mio Euro übersteigen oder ausreichend liquide handelbar sein. Das Depot soll erst zum Jahresende neu strukturiert werden. Die Diversifikation des Portfolios soll dabei auf 20 Positionen beruhen.
