Auf Basis eindeutiger Signale des zugrundeliegenden technischen Handelssystems wird wiederholt antizyklisch Long oder Short investiert. Analog dazu werden entsprechende Umkehrsignale verwendet, um Teilrealisierungen allfälliger Gewinne vorzunehmen. Die Gesamtperformance des Systems rührt daher primär aus der Kumulierung mehrerer Einzeltrades. Es kommt eine moderate Hebelung zur Anwendung.
