Real estate investments in Switzerland have a high reputation as a safe haven and offer premium value protection. But direct investments from foreigners are highly regulated. This portfolio provides access by investing at least 70% of its capital in exchange-traded swiss real estate companies. Stocks are selected from the portfolio underlying the SXI Real Estate All Shares Index. The fund can also invest in other related financial instruments. Additional trades will be made to improve protection against risks such as inflation.
