Trading Idea

🏦 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 - 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬

My proprietary investment strategy systematically looks for strong-growth potential innovative businesses, with product or service that can potentially change the way the world works. The mission is to identify superior business model companies, that will significantly outperform the market in the long-term and that we can still buy at reasonable prices. I look for following characteristics:

• great businesses with strong revenue growth
• innovation and disruption potential
• recurring revenue streams
• strong long-term competitive advantages (stocks that Warren Buffet describes as “moats”).

Put simply – we want to find the next Amazon, Netflix or Apple, who have the potential to go up 5-10x, but BEFORE their price goes up.

📊 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬:
• Strong-growth innovative stocks only
• Portfolio always 100% invested
• Low Risk per Position - between 2 to 3%
• Average holding period is around one year, to achieve maximum tax benefits (tax-free profits in many countries after 1 year), best stocks we might hold for 2-5 years or even for a lifetime
• Target performance per year is 25-45% on average, goal is to beat the benchmark (S&P 500) by 15-35% every year
• When applying compounding strategy (re-investing profits into new larger positions), annual performance could be improved by additional 10-20%)
• No leverage
• No shorts
• Don't panic when market has a correction (it is a good thing when Mr. Market gives us a discount - an opportunity for us to buy at a lower price)
• Most importantly, you need PATIENCE and self-discipline – there are periods (months or even years) when the market seems to be going nowhere (sideways), only to go up rapidly afterwards. If you close your positions or change your strategy at that time, you also miss the next big moves up. Strong psychology is the key for a successful profitable investor! show more
