Volatility measures the intensity of the fluctuation of the daily returns of a wikifolio around their mean value. It is a mathematical quantity (standard deviation) for the risk of an investment.

With the top wikifolio ranking, twelve different criteria are combined to form a comprehensive ranking. This value is calculated once a day.

The invested capital corresponds to the value of all currently sold index certificates based on the displayed wikifolio.

Sum of all buy and sell orders within the last 30 days of the displayed wikifolio-certificate.

The high watermark highlights the currently highest level of the wikifolio within a calendar year and is used to calculate the performance fee.

In order for a wikifolio to become investable, it must have at least ten watchlistings with a total amount of EUR 2,500 and be at least 21 days old.

The amount of the respective wikifolio performance fee is proposed by the trader and set by mutual agreement with wikifolio.com and Lang &amp; Schwarz. With classic wikifolios, it amounts to 5–30 percent of the success achieved in the wikifolio and only becomes due upon reaching a new high watermark (new annual high) in the wikifolio. With some portfolio manager wikifolios as well as wikifolios of the trader 'wikifolioAG' it amounts to 0 percent.

While most companies pay dividends on a quarterly basis, monthly dividend stocks make their dividend payouts each month. Some investors find a monthly payout schedule more appealing, as it makes it easier to derive regular income from dividends. One can also combine quarterly dividend-payout stocks that pay dividends in different months and ensure that every month there is a payout.
