Volatility measures the intensity of the fluctuation of the daily returns of a wikifolio around their mean value. It is a mathematical quantity (standard deviation) for the risk of an investment.

With the top wikifolio ranking, twelve different criteria are combined to form a comprehensive ranking. This value is calculated once a day.

The liquidation indicator makes wikifolio certificates comparable according to their liquidity.

The highest difference in the respective period between a price low and the previously reached high of the wikifolio. Calculation: (price low x 100 / previously reached high) - 100.

With classic wikifolios, it amounts to 5–30 percent of the success achieved in the wikifolio and only becomes due upon reaching a new high watermark (new annual high) in the wikifolio. With some portfolio manager wikifolios as well as wikifolios of the trader 'wikifolioAG' it amounts to 0 percent.

I prefer companies from small cap and mid cap sector with a strong market position in growing markets. I prefer companies that are led by their owners and/or founders. I prefer companies that are technological leaders in their segment and that deliver solutions to pressing challenges of today. The general approach is close to buy and hold.
